The Brooklyn Browns cruised to a win over the Miami Cyclones, 13-3, at Brown Town. Jimmy Keener, who led the EC in doubles with 54 in 2078, led the way, going 4-for-5 for Brooklyn. The victory gives Brooklyn a record of 71-61.

Early in the game, Keener had a 3-run home run for Brooklyn. It was his 14th home run of the season and put the Browns on top, 3-0.
