Arrows Squelch Kodiaks Offense in Shutout Win
|
Right-hander J.P. McNealy mesmerized the Alaska Kodiaks while leading the Seattle Arrows to a 4-0 victory. The winner was McNealy. He threw 6.2 innings of shutout ball. The loser was Rick Stockley. With the victory, the Arrows record stands at 64-69.
The Arrows picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
"I'm happy we won," said McNealy. "That's first and foremost. My goal is for the team to win the day I pitch, however it's done."
