The San Antonio Angels finished off the San Diego Destroyers, 8-3. Much of the credit belonged to first baseman Sergio Folha. Folha went 3-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for the Angels. The win lifted the San Antonio record to 22-16.

Early in the game, Folha had a 2-run home run for San Antonio. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Angels on top, 2-0.

"It was a team effort and I thought the guys had a good plan and approach," said Folha after the game.
