Extra innings were needed to determine a winner at Brown Town.

The Brooklyn Browns got a whale of a performance from pitcher Yeniet Miranda, but the Toronto Juggernauts still prevailed, 5-2, in 13 innings. Miranda threw 5.2 innings of shutout ball. Toronto pitcher Fabian Estrada earned the win, hiking his record to 7-4. Terry Waters suffered the loss.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the top of the 13th, with the game tied, Jae-hong You was at the plate when Toronto scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the Juggernauts to go in front, 3-2.

"I thought we competed really well," said Juggernauts manager Marc Arnold. "I thought the energy was really good."

The 'W' lifts Toronto's record to 57-72.
