Mellon hits 2 home runs in New York Win
Ryan Mellon was a major contributor to the 9-4 New York win over Phoenix. The Titans third baseman belted 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. The Titans now have a record of 63-65 with the win over Phoenix.

With New York leading 3-0 in the top of the fifth, Mellon hit a fastball from Ernesto Alvarez for a 2-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Titans ahead, 5-0.
