The Vancouver Wolves had to overcome a big game from Minneapolis left fielder Sebastian Bush to leave Fox-Chong Park with a victory. And they did, winning, 9-7. Bush was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Vancouver is now 16-22, Minneapolis 21-17.

Najib Tawfiq hit a bases-clearing triple off Eliecer Cervantes in the bottom of the second, which put the Wolves in front, 3-1. Tawfiq had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 4.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Tawfiq.
