Lobster Stymied by Avispas, Czaikowski
|
Santiago Avispas starter Ricky Czaikowski found his groove in his team's 6-0 win over the Portland (E) Lobster. Santiago raised its record to 63-63 with the win.
Czaikowski was in the zone all game. He frustrated Portland (E) hitters while giving the Avispas 7 innings of quality work. Czaikowski threw 88 pitches, allowing 2 hits and getting 6 punchouts.
