With designated hitter Bobby Brito leading the charge, the Las Vegas Aces defeated the Denver Glaciers, 4-2, at Western Coliseum. Brito, who finished 5th in the WC in runs with 116 in 2081, was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. The 4th-place Aces go to 64-64.
In the bottom of the fifth, Las Vegas shortstop Eddie Flores had a productive at-bat. With runners on 1st and 2nd and two out, Flores stroked a run-scoring single to center. It made the score 1-0, Las Vegas. For the game, he was 1-2 with a walk.
