Riding the 2-hit performance of the 33-year old shortstop Flynn Hinxman, the Boston Greens stopped the Portland (E) Lobster, 8-2. The last-place Greens have won 10 in a row.

With no one out in the top of the third, Victor Peraza put Boston in front, 2-0, with a 2-run single. The Greens went on to win the ballgame.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Hinxman.
