Tucson starter Marcos Sordia pitched well against the Alaska Kodiaks at Aetna Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 10-7, in 15 innings. The 4th-place Toros are now 47-77, the Kodiaks 63-61.

The decisive blow was delivered by Eddie Kelly in the bottom of the 15th when he hit a grand slam home run off 28-year old left-handed pitcher Ki-tong Lok to win the game for Tucson. The home crowd went nuts.

"Walking a team off at the end -- there's no greater feeling," said Kelly.
