Tucson turned a good effort from starter Dan Haferkamp into a win over the Portland Dragons at Aetna Stadium. The final score was 3-2. Tucson reliever O-min Che snagged the win, upping his record to 1-1. Justin Kurth shouldered the loss. The Toros raised their record to 45-76.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Tucson third baseman Kinnon Lilly, facing Justin Kurth, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Toros the 3-2 win.

"It's great when the crowd goes berserk," Lilly said.
