Portland Dragons starter Yandri Vido had all his pitches working at Portland Park. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 9-1 Portland win over the Boston Greens. Portland is now 64-55, Boston 64-54.

The Greens had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Dragons going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the former first round draft pick Jairo Cedillo came to the plate. Cedillo hit a 2-run home run on a 0-1 fastball from Boston hurler Shaun Chugh. It was Cedillo's 28th home run of the year.

"I had a good game plan," said Vido. "I made my pitches." His manager concurred. "It was all there," Greg Carpenter said, "the velocity, the sharpness of his pitches."
