Eschmann Impressive in Portland (E) Win
Starting pitcher Beau Eschmann was a major factor in the 5-2 Portland (E) Lobster triumph over the New York Titans. The loss makes New York 78-39.

The Lobster liked what they saw from Eschmann. The 22-year- old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Titans to no runs on 4 hits over 7 innings, and striking out 7.

"This is not a one-man show," said Eschmann. "A lot of the guys stepped up."
