Vasco Leads Rangers to Win
The home crowd had a good time watching the St. Louis Gaedels and Buffalo Rangers get after it.

A 3-RBI performance from Rafael Vasco, who is tied for 4th in the EC in RBI with 82, helped the Buffalo Rangers beat the St. Louis Gaedels, 5-1. The winning pitcher was 27-year old right-handed pitcher Allan Tinter. He tossed 95 pitches over 6 innings, allowing no runs on 3 hits. Ricardo Alas locked down his 2nd save.

The two teams provided some entertaining baseball for the Bison Stadium crowd. Regardless of the outcome, a good time was had by all.

"Feels good to get the job done," Vasco said after the game.

The second-place Rangers improved to 59-53.
