Thunderbirds Lose at Home, 3-1, to Las Vegas
The Las Vegas Aces, behind a great outing from Salomé Sieuve, who is tied for 6th in the WC in innings pitched with 138.1, defeated the Phoenix Thunderbirds, 3-1, at Legednary Park. J.P. McNealy earned the save for Las Vegas, his 9th of the year. The 4th-place Aces improved to 54-60.

Las Vegas used a clutch at-bat from Bobby Brito to capture the win. The left fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Aces ahead, 2-1. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

Las Vegas manager Justin Coroian called it "a darn good win."
