Toronto Nets 1-0 Win Versus Twins
|
Toronto turned a good performance from starting pitcher Clement Powell into a 1-0 triumph over the Cincinnati Twins at Molson Park. Toronto pitcher Victor Delgado earned the win, hiking his record to 3-1. Manchu Gao suffered the loss. Toronto sits in third place in the Eastern Conference Solano Antas Division at 56-57.
The decisive blow was delivered by Tillmam Velado in the bottom of the 13th when he hit a solo home run off 24-year old right-handed pitcher Manchu Gao to win the game for Toronto. The home crowd went nuts.
"There's no quit in this team," said Juggernauts manager Marc Arnold.
