The Las Vegas Aces beat the Phoenix Thunderbirds in a game featuring much hitting but not much pitching. The final score was 13-11, Aces. One of the hitting stars was left fielder Sardis Abrego. Abrego was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 3 times and drove in 4. Mike Hill picked up the win in relief. Alexis Cosme took the loss for Phoenix.
