The Chicago Phantoms beat the Phoenix Thunderbirds, 6-4. Chicago pitcher and Albuquerque, New Mexico, native Jake Orthman led the way. Greg Roof, now 4-1, was credited with the win in 0.2 innings of relief. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits, while striking out 0 and walking 1. With the win, the Phantoms have a record of 18-16.
