Shreveport Blackbirds fans were pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard as Yolber Regueira blanked the Mastic Beach Polecats, 3-0, at Ballpark of Shreveport. Regueira stopped them on 2 hits while walking 0 and striking out 8.

"Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite," Blackbirds skipper said. "He was on top of his game in this one."
