The Washington Senators and Buffalo Rangers provided some drama for the home crowd.
The Buffalo Rangers picked up a win at Bison Stadium, defeating the Washington Senators, 3-2. Starting pitcher B.J. Baker was an essential part of his team's success. Buffalo goes to 20-10.
Bejo Ananas, who is tied for 2nd in the EC with a .474 on-base percentage, chipped in a 2-run home run for Buffalo in the bottom of the eighth. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 2 RBI.
