The Brooklyn Browns and Seattle Arrows played an entertaining game for Brown Town patrons.

The Brooklyn Browns beat the Seattle Arrows, 5-4. Brooklyn designated hitter and Rosario, Argentina, native Luis Basurto led the way. The win belonged to Wade Belk in relief. His record improves to 4-1. Chris Booty took the loss for Seattle.

Had Hunter Begley not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Begley hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Browns.

"You have to trust that what you're doing is going to produce results," said Basurto.

Brooklyn is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 12th in 30 games.
