Thaxton Lifts Arrows to 4-3 Triumph
Both teams had their chances, but the Seattle Arrows eventually prevailed.

Tim Thaxton impressed in the 4-3 Seattle win over Los Angeles. Thaxton, who leads the WC with a 1.206 OPS, was 3 for 3 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Francisco Sequeira locked down his 6th save.

In the first inning, Thaxton had a 3-run home run for Seattle. It was his 12th home run of the season and put the Arrows on top, 3-0.

"I like the grit of this ballclub," Thaxton said.

With the win, Seattle is 15-16.
