Twins Collect 2-0 Win Over Spectres
The Philadelphia Spectres wasted an impressive 7-inning effort from starter Jimmy Biair, falling, 2-0, to the Cincinnati Twins at Sony Field at Philadelphia. Samuel Fitzgerald snagged the win in relief. The left-hander allowed no runs on no hits over 2 innings. He's now 1-0 on the season. The Spectres, at 10-21, have stumbled out of the gate.

Motoji Fujimoto delivered a big hit for Cincinnati. The third baseman drilled a solo home run in the top of the 12th inning to put the Twins ahead, 1-0. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

"This is a great group to be a part of, and it's a big win for us," Fujimoto told the Cincinnati Observer.
