The Minneapolis Vikings beat the Los Angeles Stars, 4-2, at Minneapolis Grounds. Paul Pagac, who led the EC in doubles with 54 in 2072, starred for Minneapolis. He was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The win has Minneapolis at 15-12.

With Minneapolis trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the third, Pagac hit a sinker from Mike Merdinger for a 2-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Vikings ahead, 3-2.

"We're rolling right now," said Pagac. "We're playing good baseball."
