Macias Leads Metropolitanos to 9-3 Win Over Lobster
The Havana Metropolitanos bumped off the Portland (E) Lobster, 9-3, at Estadio Latinoamericano. Eduardo Macias hit 1 single and 2 doubles. He also had 3 RBI. With the loss, Portland (E) drops to 14-13.

With the clubs tied 3-3 in the bottom of the fifth and the bases loaded, Havana sent Macias to the plate. He got a first pitch sinker and hit a sacrifice fly, to put the Metropolitanos on top, 4-3.

"If we keep hitting the ball well, the wins will pile up," said Havana skipper Mark Sands.
