Extra-Inning Win by Spectres Over Juggernauts
|
The performance of Lucas Pamatz proved critical in helping Philadelphia beat Toronto, 11-6, in 10 innings. The Spectres right fielder was 4 for 5 with a triple, 3 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The Juggernauts drop to 10-16.
Walt Vidito delivered a big hit for Philadelphia. The second baseman drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Spectres ahead, 8-6. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.
"Sometimes winning takes more than 27 outs," said Spectres manager Ryan Huff.
