Vancouver designated hitter Cedric Leal had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the San Francisco Friars, 13-6. The Wolves raised their record to 8-16.

A key moment came with two out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Leal hit a curveball from Bill Zamora for a 2-run single, putting Vancouver up, 5-2.

"I give credit to my teammates for this win. We got it done," Leal told the Vancouver Herald.
