The Minneapolis Vikings downed the Tucson Toros, 10-0. The hitting star was third baseman Hector Abarca. Abarca was 3-5 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI for the Vikings. Andy Doncaster got the win, improving to 1-2. He worked 6 innings, giving up no runs on 7 hits, while striking out 1 and walking 1. Minneapolis has a mark of 10-12 after the win.

Chris Goudie had a big 2-run double for the Vikings in the bottom of the second inning. It was his 2nd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Vikings ahead, 3-0.
