Cyclones Get One-Run Win at Montreal
Starting pitcher Anton Rochambeau gave the Miami Cyclones a rock-solid effort. The New Orleans, Louisiana native helped his team defeat the Montreal Harfangs, 3-2, at Mount Royal Park. The winning pitcher was Rochambeau, now 1-0. He tossed 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 6. Ricardo Riveron was credited with the save for Miami, his 2nd of the season.

The Cyclones got a big at-bat from shortstop Pete Apolinar. For the game, Apolinar went 2-4 with 2 doubles and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the first, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season gave Miami a 2-0 lead.

"We have a lot of confidence in Anton," said Miami manager Chris Stephan.

The Cyclones, now 2-0, have stormed out of the gates.
