Almazan Helps Aces Beat Vikings, 12-11
Leon Almazan added some punch to the Las Vegas offense, helping them outmuscle the Minneapolis Vikings, 12-11. In the game, Almazan, who led the EC in wins above replacement with 9.0 in 2070, hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 and driving in 6. The win gives the Aces a record of 11-9.

Brian Zeeff was 2 for 4 with 2 singles for Las Vegas. The 22-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the top of the ninth. With no one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 6-6 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Micah Schull. It was his 3rd RBI of the season.
