Havana and Buffalo duked it out and the Metropolitanos came out victorious.

Havana first baseman Soo-sung Yu was instrumental in helping the Metropolitanos triumph, 6-3, over the Buffalo Rangers. Yu was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Bobby Jaramillo was the winning pitcher. Over 5 innings, he allowed 3 runs on 7 hits, with 2 walks and 3 strikeouts.

With Havana trailing 3-2 in the top of the fifth, Yu hit a cutter from Nees van Santen for a 3-run home run. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Metropolitanos ahead, 5-3.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," Yu told the Havana Times.

The Metropolitanos keep rolling, raising their record to 12-7.
