Juggernauts Win Nail-Biter in 10
|
Philadelphia right fielder Sem Vreke had a good game, even if his team did not. The Spectres dropped a 7-6 decision to Toronto at Molson Park. Vreke went 3-5 with a home run, 2 singles, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Toronto reliever Jesus Carbajal got the win, raising his record to 3-1. Eddy Martinez was tagged with the loss. The win gives Toronto a record of 12-8.
Toronto fans at Molson Park were rewarded for their support of the Juggernauts with a nice win.
"This kind of game is tough on the heart," said winning manager Marc Arnold.
