The Denver Glaciers met little resistance from the Seattle Arrows, beating them, 13-2, at Power Ballpark. Larry Perfect led the way. He was 3-6 with a home run and a double. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for Denver. Su-shun Nie picked up the win, lifting his record to 3-1 on the season. He struck out 6 and walked 3 in 5.1 innings, while yielding 2 runs. The Glaciers have hit the ground running, raising their record to 13-3. While it's still too soon to talk about Denver hoisting their 5th League Championship trophy, fans are getting excited about their strong start.
