Lastre Holds Charros Scoreless
|
Baton Rouge Kings fans were pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard as Franklin Lastre blanked the Guadalajara Charros, 6-0, at Charros Ballpark. Lastre stopped them on 2 hits while walking 1 and striking out 12.
"Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite," Kings skipper said. "He was on top of his game in this one."
This season, Lastre has 4 wins and 2 losses and a 1.97 ERA.
