The Phoenix Thunderbirds claimed a close win over the Minneapolis Vikings, due in large part to Arturo Noboa. The Phoenix left-hander pitched a great game to secure the 2-0 win. The Vikings fall to 5-8 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2079 season.
