Pike Leads Toros to 9-1 Win Over Vikings
The Tucson Toros powered past the Minneapolis Vikings, 9-1, at Aetna Stadium. Alderaan Pike was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4, to lead the charge. The Vikings fall to 6-8 and continue their sputtering start to the 2080 season.

With Tucson leading 6-1 in the bottom of the seventh, Pike came up to bat against Minneapolis pitcher Andy Rooksberry. Pike hit a fastball to right for a 3-run home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Toros on top, 9-1.

"They just got us," said Minneapolis manager Ace Cooan, "and that's all I can say."
