In a low-scoring contest between the San Diego Destroyers and the Portland Dragons, Elmo Fasanaro was the X factor. The San Diego right-hander spearheaded the 3-1 win. Fasanaro picked up the win for San Diego, going 6 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. Julio Olivo closed the door for San Diego, picking up his 3rd save of the year.
