The Denver Glaciers picked up a win at Mountain Dew Park, dropping the Brooklyn Browns, 5-0. Taxi Sabala, who finished 5th in the WC in innings pitched with 202.2 last year, was the difference-maker. The Browns, 5-7, continue their sluggish start to the 2079 campaign.

Sabala was the winning pitcher. He raised his season record to 3-0. In 8 innings of work, Sabala gave up no runs on 3 hits, while striking out 7. The Browns were never able to generate much offense.

"Taxi gave us everything he had," said Denver manager Todd Bleess.
