Saint Petersburg right fielder Yuki Soma put on quite a show at Charros Ballpark with a big 5-hit day in his team's 10-4 victory over the Guadalajara Charros.

"Not a bad day at the plate, 5-for-6," he said in the postgame interview. "Wish I could do this more often. It would do wonders for my batting average, and my salary, too."

Yuki Soma doubled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.

In 11 games this year, Soma has posted a .435 average and put up these numbers: 5 home runs, 12 RBIs and 12 runs scored.
