Vikings Win with Late Rally
The Minneapolis Vikings needed 11 innings to beat the Seattle Arrows, 7-6, at Minneapolis Grounds. The win was due in part to designated hitter Gentaro Arakawa, who was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Minneapolis reliever Katsuo Nozawa picked up the win, upping his record to 5-1. Justin Blankenhorn absorbed the loss. The Vikings now have a record of 64-41 with the win over Seattle.

The Vikings got a clutch hit from left fielder Bobby Aguinaga. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Vikings.

"This place was rockin'," said Arakawa.
