Though he had a terrific game, Carlos Dorame could not prevent his team, the Minneapolis Vikings, from absorbing a loss. Denver won the game, 9-5. Dorame was 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The winner in relief was Dylan Cisar. He is now 5-6. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits in 2.2 innings. With the win, Denver upped its record to 58-46.

Denver third baseman Kevin Shouse contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the fifth. With two down, he hit a splitter to right field for a 2-run single. It was his 6th hit of the season and put the Glaciers ahead, 7-4.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Shouse.
