The Seattle Arrows downed the Minneapolis Vikings, 10-3. The hitting star was second baseman Eric Drent. Drent went 4 for 5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI for the Arrows. With the win, the Arrows hiked their record to 62-42.

Seattle used a well-timed hit by Jose Enciso to capture the win. The shortstop socked a 2-run double in the top of the fifth inning to put the Arrows ahead, 4-2. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Enciso.
