Buffalo wasted a solid 6.1-inning effort from starting pitcher Jose Nereida, losing to Las Vegas, 2-1, at Western Coliseum. The setback makes Buffalo 52-49.

The Aces got a clutch hit from catcher Eliecer Alarcon. In the bottom of the 12th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Aces.

"We battled our tails off to get this win," said Las Vegas manager Justin Coroian.
