The Minneapolis Vikings got a stellar performance from pitcher Rin Sakai, who handcuffed the Toronto offense en route to a win, 5-2, at Molson Park. The second-place Vikings have won 6 straight games.

Minneapolis relied on the hitting of T.J. Klamert to pick up the win. The right fielder clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Vikings on top, 3-2. For the game, Klamert had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.

"It was just a matter of executing," said Minneapolis manager Ace Cooan.
