Charlie Cole, who is tied for 6th in the EC in total bases with 177, led Buffalo to a triumph over Vancouver. The final score was 12-2. The right fielder went 4 for 5, falling a triple shy of the cycle. He scored 4 runs and added 1 RBI. The victory gives the Rangers a record of 48-47.

Cole Hickey had a big 2-run double for the Rangers in the bottom of the third inning. With Buffalo leading 3-1 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he got a fastball from 24-year old left-handed pitcher Vito Pels and swatted a double to center. It was his 27th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Rangers ahead, 5-1.
