The Los Angeles Stars topped the Alaska Kodiaks, 4-3, in Western Conference action at Stars Ballpark. The game was highlighted by the performance of Los Angeles pitcher Kingsley Bozek. With the win, Los Angeles pushed its record to 46-44.

Bozek gave Los Angeles a solid start. The left-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 6 innings.
