The New York Titans cut down the Santiago Avispas by the score of 6-4, with the largest share of the credit going to center fielder Gurmu Jemadari. Jemadari was 3 for 4 with 3 doubles and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Titans. Matt Pontius picked up the win, improving his season record to 9-7. He struck out 4 in 6.2 innings.
