Dragons Send Tucson Home with 4-3 Loss
Portland left-hander Wil Campos pitched his team to victory over the Tucson Toros at Portland Park. The final score was 4-3. In 6 innings, Campos surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 9 and walking 2. He allowed no runs. Justin Kurth recorded his 9th save for Portland.

Imbart Sleegers had a big solo home run for the Dragons in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Portland leading 3-0 and the bases empty, he sized up a changeup from former first round draft pick Diego Buentello and punished it. The result was his 3rd home run of the season, which put the Dragons on top, 4-0.

"Wil just went about his business, throwing strikes," said Portland manager Greg Carpenter.

Portland is now 43-45, Tucson 41-47.
