Vancouver Dismisses Los Angeles, 2-1
|

Kitajima, the winner, moves to 4-9. He threw 6 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 3 walks. Javier Piloto, credited with the save, is now 15 for 15 in save opportunities.
Koson Kitano, the 12th overall pick in the 2072 draft, had a direct impact on the outcome. Kitano contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put Vancouver up, 2-0.
