The Santiago Avispas topped the Baltimore Kings, 3-1, in Eastern Conference action at Estadio Guillermón Moncada. The standout performance belonged to Santiago pitcher and Leidschendam-Voorburg, The Netherlands, native Buddy Verveer. The last-place Avispas hiked their record to 29-55.
